Over six weeks, we'll combine the power of reading parts of Self-Love, Self-Healing, group discussion, coaching and transformative mindfulness exercises. Each 75-minute session will include:

  • Guided Discussions on key themes from the book
  • Coaching and Teaching on mindfulness, mindset shifts, and self-care
  • Reflective Exercises to help you apply what you’ve learned in a practical way
  • Community Support with others on their own self-healing journey
  • Wellness and Self-Care routines that you can use to build your Self-Healing Toolkit.

This isn’t just about reading—it’s about building momentum by putting practices into action in your life.

Weekly Breakdown:

  • Week 1: Setting Intentions and Understanding Your Why - Setting intentions and getting clear on where you are out of balance and why you need change.
  • Week 2: Mindfulness Awareness – What is Mindfulness and why should it come first on our healing journey?
  • Week 3: Identifying and Releasing Blocks Holding You Back - Recognizing your bully voice, examining negative self-talk and writing a new story.
  • Week 4: Nourishment and Self-Care Beyond the Surface - Holistic nourishment for a balanced life.
  • Week 5: Mindful Eating and Strengthening the Mind-Body Connection - How Mindfulness can help us change our relationship with food.
  • Week 6: Thriving in Relationships and Reclaiming Your Sense of Self - Strengthening relationships, communication, and personal growth.
